Contest is open to legal U.S. residents age 18 and older at time of entry. Travopia will provide three (3) night hotel stays in either Las Vegas, NV US, New York, NY US, Orlando, FL US, or Cancun/Riviera Maya Mexico to one winner. Hotel and room category are at the sole discretion of Travopia but will be at least a 4-star rated property or higher. Prize must be used within 1 year of issuance. Winner will provide Travopia with preferred travel dates. Any incidentals incurred during the hotel stay such as but not limited to room service, parking fees, and spa services are the responsibility of the winner. The free nights must be used consecutively. Winner may elect to stay longer than 3 nights at his/her own additional cost. Winner will be notified by e-mail and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), which must be returned within 14 days of the date on the notification or an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution for prize, unless at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any liability associated with the acceptance or use of or inability to use a prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the Contest. By entering, the entrants agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize in the Contest, or their participation in the Contest, or their participation in any Contest or prize related activity.
