Travopia was launched on April 1, 2012 with the vision of creating a platform for travel technology enthusiasts to collaborate and benefit from travel technology knowledge osmosis. Its been eight months of exciting journey so far, and we are successfully marching towards the vision. There are number of steps that we need to take to achieve the vision. One such step was the introduction of ‘News‘ section in Travopia where we pick travel technology related news and present it with our research / thought pointers added to it.

Over the next couple of months, we will be launching many new offerings in Travopia that will help us in marching strong towards the vision. With the number of offerings increasing, we realized that our caption “Startups * Products * Thoughts * Leaders” would not signify what Travopia stands for. We thought deep, took many parameters into consideration and after careful analysis, finalized a new caption for Travopia. Effective today, Travopia’s caption will be “Travel Tech Hub”. We’re creating a hub for travel technology enthusiasts and hence the caption, simple.

We’re excited about the periodic changes that we bring to Travopia. At this moment, we would like to thank our beloved readers who form the brand ‘Travopia’. Without our readers, Travopia wouldn’t exist.
